PVA M211 (water resistant)
Technical data
A synthetic polymer emulsion-based adhesive, Sheppy
M211 is a one part adhesive that cross-links on drying
for use where a more water resistant bond is necessary.
It is fast setting, clean running, with a good tack and
finds application primarily in the wood working
industry.
TYPICAL PRODUCT DATA:
- Total Solids 50%
- pH 3.0
- Viscosity Approximately 130 poises @ 20°C
Brookfield RVT Spindle 6 Speed 20 RPM
- This adhesive conforms to BS4071.
CLEANING
It is important to wash all equipment with water
before the adhesive dries.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Protect from frost.
- Keep lids on containers to prevent skinning and
drying out.
- Always rotate stock, ensuring oldest material is
used first.
- Use product within 3 months of date of
manufacture.
- Material stored for prolonged periods should be
agitated before use.
