Sheppy Adhesive Cattle Gum
Technical data
This adhesive is a Borated Dextrin that paste back to
a thick and barely liquid paste similar to that of
Petroleum Jelly. This occurs after approximately two
weeks after manufacture. This consistency provides an
immediate high tack for the use intended. It may be used
cold or warm - maximum temperature 110°F (43°C)
approximately.
TYPICAL PRODUCT DATA:
- Total Solids 55% - 57%
- pH 9.0 - 9.5
- Viscosity 28 - 30 poises @ 25° C
Brookfield LVT Spindle 2 Speed 3
- A water-based, non-flammable adhesive.
F.D.A. STANDARDS: The materials used in this
formulation conform to the requirements of the Code of
Federal
Regulations 21 CFR175, 105.
