Technical data
This is a high solids non-Borated Dextrin adhesive,
having good tack and drying time.
The viscosity of this material make it suitable for
use (either hot or cold) on most laminating and
automatic box covering machines such as Stokes &
Smith, Caledex, Swift and Balema machines.
It high solids and other chemical additives give it
very good non-warp characteristics. It is also an
excellent re-wettable adhesive and therefore finds
applications in the manufacture of envelopes and gummed
labels.
TYPICAL PRODUCT DATA:
- Total Solids 60% - 62%
- pH 3.5
- Viscosity 17 - 20 poises @ 25°C Brookfield LVT
Spindle 2 Speed 3
- This adhesive should be protected from frost and
stored above 50°C (41°F)
- A water-based, non-flammable adhesive
F.D.A. STANDARDS: The materials used in this
formulation conform to the requirements of the Code of
Federal Regulations 21 CFR175, 105.
